Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 July 2026. These terms govern quotes, orders, and use of the Truetannage website and client portal.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Truetannage website, quote request form, and client portal, and the commercial relationship formed once a quote is accepted. By submitting a quote request, creating a portal account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Truetannage is based in Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
2. Quotes and pricing
Submitting a request for quote (RFQ) does not create a binding order. A quote becomes binding only once it is formally accepted by you through the client portal or in writing.
Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices are based on the specification, quantity, and Incoterm stated at the time of quoting; changes to any of these may require a revised quote.
Prices exclude duties, taxes, and destination-country charges unless the agreed Incoterm (e.g. DDP) explicitly includes them.
3. Orders, samples, and approval
Where a sample is provided, production of the full order does not begin until you approve the sample through the portal or in writing. Approving a sample confirms the specification for the corresponding production run.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) and lead times stated in the catalog or quote are estimates based on current capacity and may be revised at the time of order confirmation.
4. Payment terms
Payment terms are set out in each proforma invoice and the associated payment milestones visible in your portal. Typical terms are a percentage advance against a proforma invoice, with the balance due before or against shipping documents, as agreed per order.
We reserve the right to place an order on hold if a payment milestone becomes overdue. Any such hold is shown clearly in your portal order view.
All amounts are stated in the currency shown on the invoice. Bank charges for international transfers are the responsibility of the paying party unless otherwise agreed.
5. Quality control and claims
Every order is inspected against the checklist and specification recorded on the corresponding purchase order, with a pass/fail verdict and supporting photos retained on your portal order page before shipment.
If you believe delivered goods do not conform to the approved specification, notify us within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence. We will investigate and work with you toward a resolution — replacement, credit, or an agreed adjustment — recorded against the order in your portal.
6. Shipping and Incoterms
Shipping terms are agreed per order using standard Incoterms (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP). Risk and cost transfer at the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. Shipment documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and others as applicable) are tracked in your portal as they are prepared.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith based on production and transit schedules; they are not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated as such in a signed agreement.
7. Client portal use
Your portal account is for your company's authorized personnel. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend portal access for accounts that are inactive, in breach of these terms, or associated with a client account that has been placed on hold for an unresolved payment issue.
8. Intellectual property
Catalog content, product photography, and website content are the property of Truetannage unless otherwise noted. Specifications, tooling, or designs you supply to us for a custom order remain your property and are used only to fulfill that order.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Truetannage's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, except where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date below reflects the most recent revision. Terms in effect at the time a quote is accepted govern that specific order.
